The Mockingbird Travel Protection Guarantee provides 3 years of coverage for any damage to Mockingbird full-size strollers, accessories inside the bag, and the bag itself (purchased from authorized Mockingbird sellers) incurred during air travel.
The Mockingbird Travel Protection Guarantee does not cover damage incurred during ground travel, loss of Mockingbird products during air travel, or damage to Mockingbird items purchased secondhand, non-Mockingbird branded strollers or gear, or other personal items.
The Mockingbird Travel Stroller is designed to fit in the overhead bin, and is not covered by the Travel Protection Guarantee.
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of your return flight. You'll be asked to submit photos of damage incurred, proof of purchase for any damaged products, and proof of travel, including your departure and return dates.
